Special thanks to Laura Strausberg and the Senior HR Forum Committee for organizing a tremendous event at Cool River in December 2008.  Several Executive HR professionals attended and enjoyed getting to know their peers.  It is the goal of the Senior Forum to support our Executive Level HR professionals in finding peers who share similar HR challenges.  Some points of discussion included due diligence, cultural integration post-acquisition, global initiatives, and managing budget cuts for critical functions while retaining talent.
