For those of us who have struggled with measuring the performance of our people, this day will provide you with the tools and process to immediately assess and implement. The information truly takes us to the strategic level of the human resource field as Dr. Hale will take us through the practical application of how to set expectations and metrics that are meaningful to your organization. The result will be that you can take these processes back to your organization to increase productivity thus making an impact on your organizational goals and bottom line. With your registration you will get a copy of Dr. Hale’s Performance-Consultant’s Fieldbook, 2nd Ed as well as learn…

1. How to quickly get to measures that matter.
2. Distinguish between means and ends so you are focused on the right goals.
3. Leverage available data to save time and make smart use of the organizational metrics.
4. Recommend/implement solutions with lasting power instead of a silver bullet that will fizzle in time.
5. Communicate what you do and have done in ways that build stakeholder commitment.

This workshop focuses on eight different tools aligned with the principles of Human Performance Technology. Applying these tools will give you a competitive edge in our struggling economy.
