AHRMA Membership Referral Program
The AHRMA referral program seeks to reward and recognize current AHRMA members that refer new professionals to the organization.
Administration:
- It is the responsibility of the membership committee to track the AHRMA members that refer new members to AHRMA. This is tracked during the membership application process. The new member must state the AHRMA member that referred them to the organization on the application
- The membership committee will send a note of appreciation to each AHRMA member that refers a new member. This note will be mailed after the new member application is certified by the VP of Membership
- The referring member will also be entered in a drawing each time they refer a new member. Prize drawing will occur on a quarterly basis at the monthly AHRMA meeting. Prize to be given each quarter is a $75 gift card.
- In addition the membership committee will track members that refer multiple new members to AHRMA. Each AHRMA member that refers 5 new members in a calendar year will receive their 2010 membership renewal complementary. As board members are at an advantage for referrals, board members will not be eligible for complementary renewal.
Program Rules:
- To be eligible for the referral program you must be a current AHRMA member.
- Only new memberships qualify as a referral for the AHRMA member.
- Quarterly drawings will occur at the following monthly meetings: September (Q3), December (Q4).
- Drawing for Q2 will take place as part of the membership drive.
