Marketing & PR Committee – Sponsor Coordinator
Coordinates with each committee to we meet our sponsor deliverables and have a successful AHRMA-Sponsor relationship.
Membership Committee – Orientation Chair
Lead the planning and implementation of quarterly New Member Orientation.
Programs Committee – Publicity Chair
Works with the Marketing and Public Relations Committee to publicize programs. Submits newsletter articles and program write ups, submits internet postings of programs to outside sites, submits program to the AHRMA Blog, sends emails to other interested organizations.
Programs Committee – Speaker Chair
This committee leads in the program development area, including themes, speaker search and selection, researching topical ideas for program content. Includes being a Speaker Host that introduces, greets, and is the main contact for speakers, selects speakers gifts, and writes thank you notes.
Communications Committee – News Chair
Drafts the email newsletter, leveraging articles and links from the blog website and events calendar.
Communications Committee – Multimedia Chair
The Multimedia Team manages AHRMA’s photo needs and Photo Gallery. As we investigate options for producing Webinars, the multimedia team would manage that process.
Communications Committee – Technology Training Chair
Maintains the AHRMA intranet that houses FAQ information for all AHRMA processes and procedures. Arranges training of volunteers on specific areas as needed.
