AHRMA launched the second series of the leadership development program, Stepping Stones to Enhanced Leadership, on May 7, 2009. There are 23 participants in Series II of Stepping Stones. The participants include volunteer leaders nominated by the Executive Committee, a General Membership recipient and two members of Williamson County HRMA’s board.
Stepping Stones is comprised of six-4 hour modules and we are fortunate to welcome back the instructors from the pilot program who generously donate their expertise and time. The modules are:
- Self Discovery
- Building Collaborative Teams
- Communication & Presentation
- Employee Engagement
- Strategic Business Partner
- Leadership
The first three modules on Self Discovery, Building Collaborative Teams and Communication & Presentation have concluded, and the final three modules will be held now through March 2010.
Congratulations to all of the volunteers participating and our sincere appreciation for their commitment to AHRMA, the HR profession and this rewarding program!
